PCaRG Reviews: Clopfics, part three · 2:46am Sep 3rd, 2014
Know what I haven't done in a while? Shared my group reviews.
Of course, I haven't done many in a while, so I guess this is to be expected.
Not all clop this time, but still mostly that.
[Review] The Hammer to Rarity's Anvil {Clop} (Enjoyable) by Surry (Mature, Sex)
- Not a bad story, really, up until the end, just a bit cliche. But buried under grammar, style, and character problems.
[Review] The Will of the Bon Bon {Clop} (Needs Work) by Duke of Canterlot (Mature, Sex)
- This... well, this happened. I mean, you should read it. It's impressive for what it is. But it isn't what I'd call good.
[Review] Boneless {Clop} (Needs Work) by Belgerum (Mature, Sex)
- Much like that one Trixie thing, a random comedy that pretends to be clop. Unlike the Trixie story, no actual sex here. Which is unfortunate, because Pinkie Pie.
[Review] Cube {Dark} (Needs Work) by Dev Conz (Teen, Gore)
- A ponified version of the 1997 horror film. Not terrible, but there's a lot of passive voice and words picked out of a thesaurus.
[Review] The Diva, The Dray, and the Divebomber {Clop} (Enjoyable) by Shrinky Frod (Mature, Sex)
- Not as good as other things Shrinky Frod has done, but still better than the majority of what I've been reviewing. The two PinkieCake chapters stand out as the best.
