Moving Forward

Hello my fellow bronies,
First of all, I would like to thank everyone who has given me feedback on my first successful story. If there's one thing I want to point out, it's that I'm trying not to glorify war in any sense. Even though it may seem that way, I don't want to give anyone the wrong impression that war is great. Also, if you look at my comment to LiveLeafGaming, you'll see how I portray the soldiers on BOTH sides of the war.
Second, the whole point of this blog post is to inform people that the story won't be updated as frequently than normal. I'm currently attending my first year in college, so I have to be prepared for the work load ahead of time. As I'll be spending my time mostly doing work and maintaining a social life, the story won't be high on priority list. That's not to say I'm not gonna finish the story, I fully intend on completing it. I'm just saying updates will be scattered and rather inconsistent. But, I'll try to get done what I can get done. I hope you all understand that a big part of my life is coming up, and I fully intend on taking full advantage of what I was given by this place.
Third, I would like to explain where I plan on going with the story. First, I only plan to keep this story within 1944 and only the liberation of France. This means those who are looking forward to seeing Twilight dealing with the cold weather of the Ardennes and the failure of Market Garden will not be included. This isn't to say it isn't completely off the table. If I find a way for it to work, then I'll consider going farther in the war, but, I plan to go only as far as the Battle of Carentan. From there, I already have an ending in mind, but, I'm not gonna spoil it for anyone in this blog.
So all in all, this blog post is just a quick update on what is to come. The summer is pretty much over for me and classes start the first of September. However, because I moved in early, I have the entire actual moving day to myself, so, there maybe an update on Sunday ;) Again, thank you all for the feedback and keep it coming, it helps me improve and if I'm more motivated and comfortable writing, there will be more stories, when I find the free time for it.
