"Assassinate Princess Celestia!" to Equestria Daily · 9:36pm Jun 10th, 2012
That's right: I just got official notice that Assassinate Princess Celestia! is going up on EqD in the next few days.
That means a couple of things:
1. I gotta get cracking on chapter 2 (I've been working on it today).
2. Princess Trinity is going on a temporary hiatus (it's been long enough since an update that I can probably call it a hiatus by now anyway) so I can update Assassinate on a semi-regular basis. For those who are reading PT and don't give a lick about APC!, don't worry: APC! is going to be short.

Yeah, I never did pick up an editor for it. I'm glad they liked the changes I made. The pre-reader made some excellent observations, and I really do think the new version is superior to the original and will lead to a better story over all, since the narrator now has some nasty mixed motives that weren't there before. Gives the tale an extra layer.

Congratulations, DGD! I also noticed you gave Celestia just the slightest twinge of fear at the nameless hero. What is this "Power" that can overawe even immortal goddesses?
