So... The title explains everything and nothing at the same time. Well, I guess I'd better explain the concept of the Popcorn story! The popcorn story is an idea of mine that gives the reader a little more "free roam" with the writing and reading of the story. The basic idea is this: I put out a list of possible scenarios to begin, followed immediately by a vote, and before writing begins, another list and vote. The first voting session will dictate the beginnings of the story, as far as what leads to the event that will inevitably occur. This story in particular is a Humans in Equestria story, or HiE for short. With this fact in mind, the topic of the first vote should be obvious; but for those who haven't caught on, the topic will be about how exactly our character will end up in Equestria. In this story, the planet of which Equestria is located will be known as Equus. I'm not sure if this name was used widely, but I learned about it from reading Misunderstandings, a story by The Rogue Wolf. I know I didn't ask for permission, but it seemed convenient, and if Rogue wants me to change, I will do so in a heartbeat...or a few hundred, once I think of a new punny name. Now, there will be two chapters for each vote, normally. The choice that I personally would have made, and the voters choice. My choices will be indicated with an * at the beginning and end of the title, and selection made by the voters will not. I hope this style will spread around, but if you don't like it, I will not force you to use it. Seriously, I am a STRONG believer in free will.
