So I've started another story.

Originally, I was going to just create the one story about Dainty Dish, but the responses from people have been... rather awesome.

So awesome that I've caved and begun work on the second story.

Now me, I'll freely admit, I like the attention. But for all that attention, it just doesn't feel complete to have people going 'OMG! Dainty is awesome!'. I actually kind of desire to produce well enough that the MLP Fandom adopts Dainty as its own, producing imagery and other side-works. Then I will know my job is complete. I'm not just trying to create something. I feel I have to give 'My Girl' a little foothold in our reality, to immortalize her. At the end of it all, I'll still just be 'that guy who created Dainty Dish', but everypony will know who Dainty Dish is.

So you guys, the readers... If you're a fan of Dainty Dish, spread the love. Lets get pictures, let's get spinoffs, let's show the fickle internet that a little plane is just as worthy of everyone's attention as any other pony.

On my end, I've started the second story involving her. For this one, instead of one big release, I will take it a chapter/act at a time. This will extend the exposure period and get more people involved during each release step. I plan to step release, first here, then on EQD later. I will drag people in as best as I can without screaming it in their faces.

I know this is a really old post, but I figured I'd drop in to tell you that I have joined you in your quest to spread the awesomeness that is Dainty Dish. She has made a minor appearance in my story "My Little Battlestar", because what better way is there to make the Colonials go "OMGWTFBBQ" than encountering a small flying pony capable of matching the speed of their Vipers when they make their first recon flight over Equestria? She has not yet been identified by name, but she will be later. I'm also planning to RP as her the next time Equestria Forums does a roleplay.
