Nineteenth Blog Post -- "Reopening closed wounds."

So I forgot to tell you guys that I submitted Bloodletting to the Royal Guard, and heard back from them recently. Unfortunately, there was a lot of misplaced grammar and the like, and so my story was rejected. However, it should be noted that the proofreader's biggest gripe was that the story simply didn't cover enough ground. He told me the story would have been more effective had I included more back story, including the death of Ditzy's mother and father, and her growing up to become the made she is.

As a result, I've decided to try my hoof at creating a longer, more fleshed out variant of Bloodletting titled Decimation. I'll be working on it in my off time for the next while, and plan on releasing it in chapters, each chapter about 5,000 words long. I'll be doing my part to plan this out before writing it, so with luck it'll be of much greater quality.

In addition, I've decided to rewrite Changeling for a Roommate. To me, it feels like the story is progressing far too fast to seem feasible, and so I'm going to make some major edits, in order to proper chronicle Chrysalis' adjustment to life on earth.
