In need of a second opinion

Lately, I have discovered just how unorganized my story board is, with so many stories unpublished because I have written only an intro, or the description, or a single chapter and decided to stop because of time limit, or because I don't want to overwhelm my profile with unfinished stories.

Now the reason I don't publish every story I come up with is simple, ever since I came here, I had the urge to finish the stories I publish, because once it appears on the board, it feels like a promise to those readers who liked this particular story that they will see it through. And the fact that I haven't been capable of keeping up that promise feels like a betrayal to the story and to the readers themselves.

Now to get back on topic, I decided to make a single story that will house all other stories and ideas that I came up with but decided to put on hold, the story is called "Undeveloped Stories and Ideas." And with so many ideas in my head at the moment, I managed to write down enough so that I can publish it.

Here is my question: Should I publish "Undeveloped Stories and Ideas" or not?

I can't seem to be able to weigh the pros and cons of such decision and am hoping I can get another's insight before I make the final call.
