Submissive sister and its sequel Starfall. Two fairly good, if perverse, stories I know of. Story of a broken mare struggling to build some semblance of a normal life, only for her past to catch up to her. Not the best of stories but decent ones.
The problem is their writers. Do not expect to have continued interaction if you make much criticism of their stories. I have not a clue why but Camel, the direct writer of the story, thought I was attacking Krisprowler, who posts the story on her part of this site and is a collaborator, and so threatened to get me banned and just generally insulted me. However I basically surrendered, saying I would have preferred to just be told if I was irritating her over her friend coming out of nowhere and threatening me.
Yet as I was going to make a closing response, simply saying there is nothing else to say, I found myself blocked. If you were to go to the Starfall story right now, you would see a huge stack of deleted comments. I tried to make a more positive comment on the original story, as a test, and sure enough, I was blocked to.
To be honest I cannot convince anyone that is what went down, that I was being civil and they came out of nowhere making accusations, and blocked me even when I surrendered. All evidence that remains is just a large column of indications of where the comments came from.
The writers of these stories clearly are incapable of accepting criticism. They respond with an almost irrational aggression when anyone remarks in a way that they dislike. From what they said it was a common practice for some reason or another.
However, I was entertained by their stories. I refuse to continue reading them myself, I will not indulge the people who blocked me even though I liked their story. Yet I will say that they are good stories in my opinion, and I am rather alarmed that the sequal has only 88 favorites when the original story had over 400.
The writers are uncertain but the stories are good and I will gladly promote them and give them positive marks. I could easily just give them all negative marks, just be angry at them, but their stories do not deserve that.
The writers are decent, yet are capricious, so be wary of your comments.
