I am a licentiate! · 9:52am Jul 4th, 2014
As you all know, as of late the update rate of my stories has been really down, and as some of you might remember, it was because I had to write a BA Thesis. Well, I am quite proud to announce that all that work had resulted in my becoming yesterday a licentiate of archeology!
Yeah, I know, that is a bit lame sounding title ;p
For those who are curious what a guy like me could write a BA Thesis about, its topic was (in a loose translation): "Portrayal of fantastic beings in greek's pottery paintings". Also, just so you know, from all the mythological creatures that the ancients Greeks had came up with, for this work I chose the paintings of: griffins, Chimera, Pegas, centaurs, harpies, Minotaur, Hydra, Sphinx, and syrens.
Gee, I wonder what were my reasons for chosing those creatures out of any others XD
Seriously, I would have even added unicorns (because apparently Greeks had myths about them) if I could find any pottery paintings with them.
Now, lets get down to bussiness: when I am going to start writing again. Well, I am happy to report that the next chapter for When the Stars Align is more or less half-way done, and I expect to publish it by the end of this week, and in the next one I plan to have two chapters for Rebirth of the Damned done. However, I feel the need to confess something. Writing that BA Thesis and all the stress related to it had really wore me down. It became difficult to motivate myself to work, even though this is actually something I like to work on. So I don't know if I will be able to live up to this schedule of mine quite so soon. I hope you'll understand and that you will be patient. I know I kinda spoiled a lot of you during the end of last summer and through the fall, when I kept posting like three chapters every week. I hope to swiftly return to that pace.
That's all from me for now, cya!
Yay dude !! Congrats on your licentiate
A bit late, but hey! Congrats!
