Dangerous waters universe

I thought to post a short explanation of this one. This is my fist Anthro story and I'd like to give you some background on it.
In the next few chapters you'll be introduced to the Mane six and their positions on board the ship. Twilight was born an Alicorn and taught by Starswirl the bearded.
Any way, you'll notice that I call males and females, men and woman and still address the different tribes by their names. Unicorns and Pegasi still have wings and horns. Earth ponies have hooves instead of feet (still have hands though) and all equines have fur and tails. Griffins and dragons have completely integrated into equestrian society.

And that's about all you need to know for the next few chapters.
