There are fictions that I read, then forget the next day. There are fictions, that might be in my mind for a few days, and maybe remember later.
And there are fictions that I will never forget.
Some of these fictions contains sentences/expressions that either so core or so much part of the "atmosphere" of the fiction, that it burns into my mind, and even years later, when I hear the expression (or even part of it), I instantly get back into the world of the story.
Let me show you three of them. Can you guess which one is from which fiction? (I gave them numbers to make it easy for you to answer):
1. ...will satisfy your values through ponies and friendship.
2. Well that didn't work.
3. ... Can't see... Can't move... Can't see... Can't move...
Do you have similar things?

No one could figure out all three? I thought it's gonna be too easy.
1) Friendship is Optimal (Princess Celestia)
2) Hard Reset (Spike)
3) It's Dangerous Business, Going Out Of Your Door (Rainbow Dash)
Number 2 is Hard Reset.
If thats burnt into your mind, then this should give you PTSD.
