Depression sucks! Seriously. · 10:05pm May 29th, 2014
I hate my life. Most days. Most of the time during said days. Seriously, why does life have to be so tough? Why? I am sorry to all my readers... I really hope to get the next GalaMac chapter finished soon, it's just that I have been focused on dog-obsession right now. I was really set on getting at least one Standard Poodle show dog from DuBois Standard Poodles. It stems from the realization and likelihood that I'll never have a daughter. Let alone two. Don't get me wrong, I have two wonderfully adorable little boys (a six year old and a four year old). Yet boys are hard. Not that girls cannot be difficult too, I just don't think that girls would be as physically demanding... in some respects. Perhaps they still would be... anyway, I had the thought two or three years ago to get a surrogate... a doggie-daughter. And now, it seems the pup I really want is not going to be mine. I had my heart set on a VannaXHarley puppy... and if what Tari DuBois has indicated, the litter just born to them has only one girl. And if I know something, it seems when it comes to dogs, girls are more greatly desired, hence they usually go for more money... or if not, at least they go faster. And since childhood, I have wanted to do the show thing! That is, the whole deal of showing a purebred dog... and show dogs (full AKC registration with showing/breeding rights... is a lot more than limited AKC registration). Also, purebred dogs of the breeds I like most, they seem to be particularly pricey. ie. MUST be hypoallergenic. As I have allergies to Horses, Dogs, Cats and domestic rats... despite the fact that I like them all. I have two cats of medium length fur... and some days I am fine with cuddling them, other days, not so much. Which is why I wanted a Maltese or Poodle. My preference was for a Toy or Teacup Poodle (white female preferred). Or a Teacup/smaller Toy Maltese (female of course). Then I decided a larger dog was necessary, because of the little ones... so thus a Standard Poodle... I figured a Standard Poodle puppy should be okay even with my rough little ones.
