Good news everyone!
I bet you read that in a Farnsworth voice didn’t you?
Anyway…. I have some good news….or bad, depends on who you would ask.
Next Thursday I will be in hospital for surgery.
Nothing major, just an umbilical hernia. Basically my bellybutton has gone from being an Innie to being an Outie. Time to change it back before it causes problems.
How did it happen? Too much heavy lifting.
Why is it good news? Because I can finally have some time off and can use it for the nicer things in life, namely pony.
I can use the time in hospital (2-3 days max) to catch up on the episodes. And while recuperating at home I can get back to Stages. And it’s about time don’t you think?
I am terribly sorry for letting you all wait, but real life and mainly job come first.
So please stay tuned for more Vinyl and Tavi.
Best of luck with the surgery! I hope for a speedy recovery. Take your time on the new chapters. We can be patient.
I actually read that in a 'professor putricide' voice. Before I quit WoW, I had quite the history with the pustulant, parody-stuffed whoreson.
Hilarious regardless.
Good luck with the recovery!
When I had my appendix wrug out of me with rusty tongs, they used my navel as a handy portal.
It was impossible to reach with any sort of healing-aid item, and took a ridiculously long time for the ruddy thing to heal properly.
Hopefully you fare better with the aftermath
.
-- Very glad to hear 'Stages' is resuming. Best news all day.
Fabulous fic.
I'll be paying close attention.

I had a hernia surgery not too long ago (Late March). The procedure itself is fine, the recovery is what gets you. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT do any large amounts of physical activity (even walking for a long period of time) while it heals. If necessary, use a cane to move about, makes things a million times more easy. Other than that, best of luck.
Don't worry, I hope the surgery goes well for you.
Nope, read it in James May's voice. Good news! The Dacia Sandero is now for sale in left-hand drive markets! Anyway, I hope your surgery goes off without a hitch and you have a speedy recovery, mate. Cheers!
