Work is stressing me out in a big time. I am involved in a large project that had started last year. Now things are becoming more and more stressful the closer the deadline in November gets.

Holidays!!!!

Finally a couple of days off.
And that means there will be plenty of time to...write...ah wait...it's that kind of holiday.
Family and stuffing my face full of as much food as I can.
Well...guess writing will have to wait a moment longer.

For some reason I am unable to get Fleur De Lis out of my mind.
So naturally I had to write something about her to get it out of my system and continue with Locked In at some point.

To try something else I have split the story into smaller chapters and will post a bunch on them in one go.

Stages is however still my top priority and I am somewhat happy and sad to say that there is an end in sight, but is still quite far away.

Is it just me or is there a huge amount of clop-y stories being posted?

Somehow I really have to hunt for stories that aren't of that nature.
I don't mind them, but it sort of gets tiresome after a while.
But that's just me.

I'm not really sure on which story I should work on after Stages.
Would you want something that advances Rainbow Dash and Scootaloo's ongoing story arc?

Watch this video, it needs more views.
Somehow this really got to me.
Perhaps it is the minimalistic use of sounds.
Or maybe it is because of the two awesome ponies involved.

First of all, Thank you all for the get well messages.

The surgery went well, although I am slightly puzzled by the definition of a small incision.
About an inch below my navel they cut me open to sew the tissue back together.
The cut is about 6 inches long. If that is just a small cut then I don’t want to be around for any large operations.
On the plus side it looks a bit like a cyclopean smiley face.

Good news everyone!

I bet you read that in a Farnsworth voice didn’t you?
Anyway…. I have some good news….or bad, depends on who you would ask.

Next Thursday I will be in hospital for surgery.

Nothing major, just an umbilical hernia. Basically my bellybutton has gone from being an Innie to being an Outie. Time to change it back before it causes problems.
How did it happen? Too much heavy lifting.
