    a tribute a shoutout a question a plan

"Twilight?" Applejack eased her head through the doorway. Dulled clanks came from further inside, and much of the equipment crowding the room glowed with a dull purple sheen.

"Working!" called Twilight from the other side of the largest element.

    "Twilight, mail call!" insisted Applejack.

    Canonical Example

I have just tonight declared the season two time-travel episode "It's About Time" to be the canonical example of stable time loops involving sentient beings. Just wanted to share that.

Didn't even need to mention ponies to do it, oddly.

Y'know something:

G1 would make an absolutely corking D&D setting if it weren't for all those stupid ponies cluttering the place up. I mean really: bushwoollies and an army's worth of dragons and those goblin thingies and a crazy old wizard guy who lives in a giant toadstool off in the woods.

If you've seen any G1 you probably know exactly what I'm talking about. If you don't, well, I don't blame you but it's weirdly enjoyable. (My favorite part was a lesson in cooperation, with musical number, from the villains.)

I made up:

A whole MLP role-playing game back in the late 1980s--all based on G1 since that's all there was at the time--and somehow convinced some friends to put together pony characters so I could run them through a scenario. I don't think we ever had more than a couple sessions, but folks seemed to enjoy it at the time... :twilightblush:

That sounds like quite a feat of convincing.:rainbowderp:

Since you now count as a veteran RPer in my mind--whether that's warranted or not--do you have an opinion on Ponyfinder?

It's been:

Close to ten years since I was last involved in a D&D game, alas, and I'm completely unaware of Ponyfinder. So I'm guessing I'm not gonna be much help here. :scootangel:
