I was genuinely nervousited all week. And now...
I'm okay with this. This, the MOST UNBELIEVABLY MIND-BLOWINGLY AWESOME SEASON FINALE OF SEASON FINALES!
You know, it's funny. We go through the same thing every finale - "Oh, I'm so nervous, what if they change things, how will we ever adapt?" And then we watch the episode and it turns out that, once again, the writers topped themselves. And managed to work in a new toy to advertise to boot. I'm not exactly thrilled at the look of the 'Rainbow Power' ponies, but whatever.
HAIL MCCARTHY! You still got it!
Indeed, great work, Ms. McCarthy. Although your portrayal of Pinkie could use some work (seriously, you wrote Party of One; what the heck happened?), you managed to give us a great climax to this season and a pretty good season overall. Major kudos.
