So, I've got chapter 2 of The Lost Element up to the point where I have the word count to post it, I'm just missing some scenes to bring it through the rest of the day. Of course, instead of being able to come up with the missing scenes, my mind decided to bounce on another two ideas, one of which I've written out to the point where I've got most of a chapter.
The first one, which is in the process of being written is a MLP-verse take on the Guyver anime, with a few twists thrown in for good measure. Long story short, the Mane 6 get Guyvered along with the trouble that brings. The second fic, which I haven't started but has been bugging me for a while is a take on the My Little Dashie style story, though it's probably a bit closer to Free to a Good Home than My Little Dashie for the numbers involved.
Of course those are on top of what I have been trying to write for a while, including Assassins, which still needs some big scene additions put in.... I get enough work at work, why am I making work with more fics than I need? Stupid damn plot bunnies bouncing around and breeding... I don't have time for all of the ruddy things, particularly not given I've already got too many in progress fics that I actually want to get done.
