On April 12th I created an account on FiMFiction.net. That day I worked on what would become the first chapter of Butterflycakes, and submitted my story the next day around 1AM the next day

Hello, everybody! This year has seemed to fly right by, and so many things have happened! I think back to my original goals. 100 followers, 10 published stories, and getting something featured.
Now, a year later I have 73 followers 7 published stories, and not a single feature. And I'm really happy with that.

I have so many motivating followers, and I want to thank you all for motivating me through comments likes and favorites! Seriously, thank you all for being awesome and somehow finding my stories good.

Every one of my stories has been really fun to write. I remember struggling to write 1,000 words. It took me nearly all day off and on to finish chapter one and figure out where the story should go. But I loved doing it, and was surprised that it was actually received well! Now I have six more stories and all of my multi chapter stories have been in the popular stories box, and my oneshots have done pretty good as well.

I've gotten over 8,000 total views on my stories, which is amazing. That's one of my biggest motivators. The fact that I can work on a story, and put it online for people that actually want to see the next chapters. It's a really great feeling. I know I'm not that good of a writer, but I really do appreciate all of this, none of it goes over my head.

So, I'd like to thank a few people I met on this site, who either helped me with editing, motivated me a lot, or are in general cool people. First off, I want to thank HumanFlea. He was my tenth follower, he's commented on pretty much everything, whether it be my blogs or stories, and that kind of thing I really appreciate.

Then I need to thank Triforce of the Gods. He's also been an active commentator, and he's helped me immensely with proofreading/editing "Love Sick." Again, really appreciate the help with everything.

I also can't forget ZippySqrl. He's been helping edit BCII, telling me the many things wrong with my chapters, and all around being a cool guy to talk to. He doesn't have any stories on this site, but he does draw stuff. Here is a link to his SFW tumblr, but he also draws a lot of NSFW stuff I can't link you too. But if you're interested, I'm sure you'll be able to find it.

I also want to thank all of my followers.

Long story short. It's been great writing on this website so far, and I hope the coming years are just as fun. Pretty soon Love Sick will end, and then it's sequel time for Air. Also, BCII will be worked on. But I'll talk about all this at a later date. See you all very soon.
