Around 15 minutes to go before Reaper of Souls goes live on US servers!
This is both good, and bad. The bad is that I should have had The Mare With the Golden Horn finished way before this momentous day, and that makes me even more depressed than I have been. I don't want to go into it on here, but things have been really, really crappy for me for the past months. And I know it's never going to get better, and in fact will only be getting worse as each day goes by.
Anyway, hopefully playing RoS will rekindle the spark in me that's been smoldering for these past weeks and I can finish the story I began writing so long ago. I'm pretty happy with how I have it ending in my mind, but there's one event that I'm not sure if I can do justice. Last time I worked on it it seemed a bit clunky, which annoys me since if it was on a movie, TV show, cartoon, etc. it would be able to be perfectly captured.
Once that is finished, I'll need to go back through it all and make sure the 'lore' parts check out, as the ending I've thought of now ended up close but not quite what I had originally intended.
