I'm a blood donor · 9:20pm Feb 19th, 2014
Today there was a blood drive at my school. Since I had given blood before I decided to do so again. This time though, I did the double donate thingy. All it is is you basically give double the amount of blood, but they just keep the red blood cells and filter all the plasma and whatnot back into your body. Since I'm O- I was given first priority over about five other people. Being O- I can give to all other blob type but I can only receive O- blood. So if I get in a car wreck or something I'm basically screwed because apparently O- is a rare blood type. Well, at least if someone needs blood I can just give it to them without having a chance of killing them by giving them the wrong blood type. To finish this blog I will tell you that I typed this entire thing up with my left hand (I'm right handed) and on my iPad. I thank autocorrect for fixings the 100+ mistakes I made while typing this.
A brave and very noble cause you have helped, friend. I salute you for your courage alone. I am terrified of needles, though I did give blood before.
Then again I was bleeding it out, so it doesn't really count. XD
But seriously, congrats on your giving blood. Wish people were as thoughtful over here...

Tell that to all the athletes that gave blood. They just didn't want to do track and all that. Our couches are really big on the whole sports thing. The only way you can get out of practice is if you have a doctors note or something . Thankfully, I'm not in athletics . But I do like to help people and being O- will help a lot of people.
