All good things must come to an end. So too for all bad things. Whether my time on this site qualified as good or bad, I'm not sure. It is over, though. That is something I am sure of. Farewell.

    Hello? Goodbye

At the end of this month, I will remove my bookmark from this site and halt checking anything associated with it. I am done here. However, before I go, I am going to run a brief experiment.

    ...

I can't say to disregard what I said in the last post, but... I don't know.

I overreacted, but I still don't know whether I'll write anything else. It's fucking pointless, but...

Eh. That's it, I suppose. It's fucking pointless. Not like anyone'll see this anyway, so I don't really even know why I'm writing it.

    I'm Done

Nobody gives a shit about what I write. There's no reason to bother.

One more story will be written, for personal reasons.

    Gothic II blog is cancelled.

    Gothic 2: Week 2

    Day 8:

I start by helping a fisherman who’s had his goods stolen by some members of the militia. I talk to one of the people in charge, and they agree to solve the problem.

Otherwise, I stay out, continuing to fight monsters. I find through some field raiders, giant rats, wolves, meatbugs, and other small creatures. I spend quite a while doing this, and before long I see the sun setting.

Random Over-descriptive Review-Eversion · 5:30am Feb 17th, 2014

Anyone else get this random sociopathic need to describe things they did or experienced to someone/someones in ridiculous detail? No? Huh. Well, I do, and I figure that since I have this convenient blogging tool right here, I might as well use it instead of the nearest person who's more patient than anyone should be with me. Anyway, I'll pilot this with a little free game called Eversion. Spoilers and swears incoming; if you care, don't read this any further.

So, Eversion. I completed it in two sittings. Not a long game at all. You start off as this little flower thing, collecting gems and completing levels. I naturally wanted to collect every gem. So I did.

The strange thing about the mechanics of the game is that you can "evert", or travel between dimensions. Each successive dimension is more and more sad and depressing, until... you'll see. At first, you have full control of this, but then, later on, you jump to hit a block that has led to gems every time prior, but it suddenly and scarily changes into a new evert level; the first creepy-looking one.

I kept collecting gems.

I moved on.

As I got to the next few levels, things... got fucked up. Demonic hands, coming to kill me. Walls made of blood, coming to kill me. Rocks moving around, coming, you guessed it, to kill me.

I reached the last level. Whatever demon was after me, whatever was taking over the game, I wanted to beat it.

Had I not, I would have stopped then and there.

But, I felt proud and happy as I continued traipsing back and forth through the level, everting as I went. The level started at the lowest evert I'd seen; to 100% it, I had to make it the highest.

Yet, I still lost against the evil. I had to set it to the highest to unlock some gemstones, then start lowering it again. And lower.

And lower.

And lower.

Until it became mildly creepy once more. I collected the gems, and saw the ending.

Let's just say... the princess I was trying to rescue...she was a demon. The flower died. There was a giant evil eye in the background.

It was creepy.

But I then started the last level again. There was a new evert area.

I changed it. The final evert level.

Evert X.

Everything went black and red. Blood was everywhere. Enemies were immortal. I continued on.

I beat the level. Made it to the bonus one. The bonus one started, once again, at evert X.

Yet I beat the demon.

The level's areas looped. In each one, I could evert up to make it to the next one.

Higher.

And higher.

And higher.

And higher.

And higher.

And higher.

And higher.

Until it was happy once more. I made it to the end, to see the ending...

it seemed the same. Until... the flower changed too.

He too was a demon. He walked toward the demon princess.

The eye's pupil was a heart.

Two words appeared on the screen;

The End.

2263916 Yeah... I'm surprised I thought spoiling the whole damn game was a good idea too.
