ideas upon ideas progressing to scenes upon scenes. building the world and events. Researching MLP maps and race info. Trying to put in some ideas of my own. The point is not to try to avoid stuff people have done before (because its ALL been done before) but to do it your way and do it good.
Got it planned out and fleshed out pretty well. already written a whole bunch of pages. Looks like this is gonna be long. And it will have clop with adventure and slice of life elements.
I was wondering what to go with for the pony forms. The story involves a human in equestria (that's been done before a few times huh?) but what of the ponies themselves? Not human themselves, nope nope. Regular Anthro is till too human but I don't think I wanna go full pony.
On the shepherd0821 anthro scale, iam aiming for a level 3-ish anthropomorphization with a tiny bit of bias towards 4. So the ponies will be much shorter than humans and have more pony features such facial features, tails, manes, hooves, cock-sheathes (stallions) and humanoid features such as breasts, a semi-bipedal torso design. Clothing will remain culturally optional, though many mares of sufficient cupsize will wear tops for comfort and practicality (most mares in ponyville are working mares afterall).
Hmm, I don't read a lot of anthro, but I think this is the first time I've heard an idea quite like this.
been hammering away at it and writing it down. i always enjoy this part of the process, the story is transforming beneath my finger tips. and i keep rewriting the drafts to fit it in. even as i write, ideas for the future events are occuring, improving on existing events or making them increase in depth.
