Well first off i wanted to apologize for my lack of chapters! I promise i am working on them as well as my second story. I just wanted to get a bit ahead before i posted it. Anyway... Pinkie Pride review!
I also want to give a shoutout to the wonderful CanterlotGuardian! I've been a huge fan of you for a while and the fact that you followed me means the world to me. I don't know if you follow everyone purely to gain followers or not but regardless of why you did it, you did it. Thank you.
I Absolutely loved this episode! Like LOVED it. I have been rather disappointing this season with the lack of emotion and character in the show. It seemed like they were just writing to get a new episode out rather than doing it for enjoyment. But this episode... omg this episode... guys... this episode... this episode!
I may be bias because I love weird al but This episode had everything. It had back story, emotion, character progression, and most importantly Pinkie! I never was a fan of the bouncy pink mare before... She never gave me a reason to be. But after this episode she is sitting firmly at the top of my favorite ponies list right next to Fluttershy. I Think the animators did a wonderful job with the camera angles in the episode. The song at the begging where pinkie goes upside down was brilliant. I loved the background ponies in this one, especially filly lyrabon! The music was great although I am a fan of only one or two songs per episode. More than that and they become fillers. With the goof off the song wasn't really a filler as much as it was adding to the episode so... i am OK with it. My only criticisms where the fact that we didn't see pinkies mane down, which i thought was a HUGE element missed, and the fact that her friends were oblivious to her the entire time, which i thought didn't show much kindness, loyalty, or generosity.
