"Pinkie's Pride" Thoughts (Spoilers)

Holy cow, this is the first episode to almost make me cry. I teared up a bit during Pinkie's Lament.

This was, in my opinion, probably the best episode in the series so far. The songs were amazing and it hit me right in the feels. I can't properly review anything because it would probably be a terrible review, I just thought I would give my opinion on an episode.

If we can excuse Daring Don't, this season has been going really great so far.

This was so much more than Party of One. In that episode, Pinkie just had a mental breakdown but didn't really have any depth to it. This episode though, was so emotional and moving. She really hit a low point, contemplating her very character and what she has been doing all of her life. She sort of did that in POO (wow thats awkward) but she didn't really stop to think about the situation or find another solution. In this episode, however, she tried some other stuff, but failed, ultimately gaining back her confidence and realize she shouldn't give up.

She put away her freaking PARTY CANNON! That was just too much for me. That whole song though... it, i don't know, just made me feel something inside. No other song in this show has made me feel this way. A True, True Friend was pretty moving and sentimental, but i just cant put my finger on it. This song just hit me like a ton of bricks. She went through all of her memories of party throwing, and that note at the end. I had chills.

A+++++. Amazing episode, i don't know if it could ever be topped.
