Pinkie Pride Opinion · 6:14pm Feb 1st, 2014

So I liked the songs in the new episode and loved the simplicity of it as well and it also had a good message on pride.

That's kind of it. I honestly did not like anything else about it. I freaking hated the ending, "We're sorry we ended up liking this new guy will you forgive us?" Is complete bullshit, probably because they dug themselves into a corner with the story. That's like me apologizing to a bottle of coke for liking root beer. It's dumb and they shouldn't have done it. I mean, you can still have the same thing, just have them say sorry for hurting her feelings.

For me S4 is a downward spiral. Started out good, but now it's slowly going down the water slide of mediocrity. I don't know who to explain it, but I feel alienated watching this season. They're trying to appease to bronies by making every episode a mediocre fanfiction, but I just miss the simplicity of the first seasons. Again, it's probably just me, but I am not really liking S4 all too much.

Have you guys seen the new episode? What do you think about it/this season as a whole?

My view on the episode is pretty much the exact opposite of yours, so I'll just say I disagree and leave. I don't want to argue.

1783693 Don't worry dude, I don't either. Everybody has an opinion, and I respect yours.

I personally thought that it was nice to see old "emotionally fragile party-pony" Pinkie back instead of "LOLSORANDUMB" Pinkie. No party in the doomsayer bunker tonight.

Also, Seahawks or Broncos? I saw a poll that said 70% of bets are on the Broncos, but as someone who works with birds of prey like hawks, and whose favorite uncle lives in Seattle, I feel obliged to favor the Seahawks.

1788131 I did too, but I think they went about fixing her frailness in this episode rather dismissively. I think they should've just apologized for hurting her feelings, not for being a friend to a new pony. I do agree that it's nice to see Pinkie as an actual character again.

I honestly am not too big of a sports fan, so I can go either way. I mean, Broncos remind me of a vigor in Bioshock: Infinite, but Seahawks make me think of seagirffons.
