For those of you who have already read the story, there was a slight edit of Chapter 1. User: Neko Majin C had pointed that the Doctor didn't react correctly to meeting a unicorn (Twilight) in the chapter.
From this I realized two mistakes:
1. I was writing this Doctor more like the Doctor from Doctor Whooves Adventures. I have since made an effort to keep more to the correct Character in Chapter 3.
2. The Doctor still hadn't formally met Twilight Sparkle in his timeline. He had seen her in the first few episodes, but he doesn't formally meet her until Wrong Way Backwards.
I was debating what to do with this giant plot hole, and I believe what I ended up doing was the best solution other than rewriting a large section of the story.

P.S.: Special Thanks to Chaotic Note for telling about tagging blog posts to stories. I've very new to FiMFiction so I'm not too sure of everything. I apologize for making you all think I had posted a new chapter. I AM working on Chapter 3, but it's far from done. It's gonna be a long one.
