Well, it's been a helluva long time since I've done one of these.
So, time to update what's been going on:
1. Source Filmmaker
I've been doing more SFM animations. Been pretty fun, I'm not a master at it yet but I am getting better. You can find them here and here.
2. Battlefield 4
Holy shit. This game, it's so much fun. I've already advanced to the level at which I currently reside in Battlefield 3. So far, I've logged 92 hours. You can find my Battlelog profile here.
3. Finals
Just got done with those. Not nearly as stressing as I thought they would be.
4. Confidence
This is the main thing I wanted to talk about. You see, people who are artists tend to be a lot more critical of their work than everyone else. This can be crippling for some artists who don't think they're good enough and can't try to do something due to being judged. I really do want to write, and I have a lot of ideas. I just don't because I'm scared to. My work sucks too.
5. Computers (Woo!)
So, Christmas came around and the loot was bountiful. I got myself a new, and maybe these parts won't hold up to your standards, AMD XFX R7 240 2GB Gamer's Edition and a Thermaltake TR2 600W Power Supply. These actually allow me to do things now. For example, prior to these, for BF4, I'd have to run the game at 1024x768 with resolution scaling on 50% at the lowest graphical settings. Now I can run it on my native 1440x900 monitor on medium at 40 FPS with resolution scaling on 100%. You see, it makes gaming a lot easier for me. (WOO!)
6. Bummed
This is the last thing I've been wanting to discuss. I've been feeling kinda bummed lately. Just lonely. Don't know why. I just ignore it and continue with life. Is that healthy?

Oh, I like the second gif, Ocean. Keep it up! You can get famous easy doing difficult stuff like SFM.
At 4: Just try to find one thing about your style or an idea that you love unconditionally, then write for yourself by running with that thing. Don't gotta share, just do stuff. Eventually you'll crap out something you think is worthwhile.
At 6: I do the same thing, but I'm under no impression that it's a good thing to be doing. Maybe that's just me being a weenie when I say that? I dunno.
