So, First Blog Post on FIMFiction

Yeah, so this is my first blog on post on the site, and I'll start by thanking everybody who's had the time to read my story. I know it won't get featured or anything like that, but I don't really care about that: for me, it's about the joy of writing, though I'm glad that many other people like the fic as well.

So, on the topic of writing, after finishing This is Why, Shining Armor!, I may use the story's backbone to write a similar and longer but non-pony story, just for fun, of course. Though still a long ways away, anybody would be free to read the second story, too. I'll provide more info to anyone who would like to read it when the time comes.

Oh, but also, when I finish this current story, I may still be looking for ideas for another story in the MLP universe. My next story will probably also be on explaining another phenomena or character's personality, but nothing is set in stone. Any suggestions are welcomed.

Oh, yeah! Might as well tell you a bit more about myself! So, I'm a first-year MIT student, previously living in California, and I have been a brony since, oh, I think October of last year? Yeah, I think that's about right. What won me over? I don't really know, maybe the original music, maybe the stories, maybe the series itself ... I think everything played a part. I never thought that writing a story here would be so much fun, especially since I'm more of a science guy myself. I haven't been to any conventions or events of that sort (yet), and I'm not sure if my schedule would allow me to attend any in the future, but I'm glad I can contribute at least one story. So, yeah, now you have a little more info on the author!

Well, seeing as how I have class tomorrow (and the fact that it's after midnight here in MA), I should probably go to sleep, though knowing me, I'll probably be up for another three hours typing up the next chapter.
