Extremely bored right now. · 6:59pm May 5th, 2012
First person to tell me what to work on will get the thing worked on. Either pitch a short story idea at me or tell me to work on an existing story. Whatever it is will get done over the three day weekend or your money back. (May Day FTW!).
Halo:CE
How about a spin-off of Kegisak's story The Colour You Bleed, concentrating on the Seagrass family after Blueblood has returned. A nice, short, calm story with a happy ending.
DAMN - I was 26 seconds late :). Congratulations, RandomPerson :].
Badabing. 100520 wins by 16 seconds. Halo:CE chapter whatever is now going to be worked on.
Nice try 100521. It's probably best you didn't win though; I've only read the first two chapters of "The Colour You Bleed". It was an interesting story, but I was reading it on Gdocs and forgot to favourite it. I'd have to read 100,000 words before I could even really start it. That would take me along time. Were the Seagrass family the ones with the boat? If that's the case I do remember them. Did they become recurring characters? I'll add it to the read later list regardless. Thanks for reminding me it existed.
100531 ??? Wat. Missed your chance anyway I'm afraid.
100529 - Yes, they were the family on the ship.
Did they become recurring characters? - yes and no. Yes, according to the PDF version, Seagrass were on the ship and then, much later, visited Blueblood (I am sorry if it sounds vague - I don't want to spoil the excellent plot of this gem!). The Seagrass were not very significant to the story though.
To write the story I asked for, you would have to read about 30 pages so it would be doable :). It would be about Blueblood thanking the Seagrass for their kindness - no continuity from the previous chapters would be needed.
Wut.
...HALO CE IS A GO!
