Hey folks. If you're wondering why I haven't been writing lately, it's mostly due to exams. I've got all of my exams in June, so writing time continued to dwindle as revision time continues to expand. After spending hours writing, I have a tendency to avoid extra writing, even though it is for fun. This means that I've spent time reading, watching TV and playing video games, time I'd normally devote to writing. An unforeseen side-effect of this is I have a tendency to think about ponies while I do other things, which has led to me coming up with ridiculous ideas for crossovers. It is taking a lot of willpower to not actually start drafting these. If anybody else is interesting in taking these ideas, I'll list them here. Although this is mainly just to get them out of my damn head:
Spanish Conquistadores discover the land of Equestria.
Team Rocket blast off again... to Equestria.
Odysseus and his loyal men encounter Equestria as one of their many trials to get home to Ithaca.
John Marston awakens in the desert outside of Appaloosa with no idea how he got there.
The Warden (DA1) slays the archdemon and is sent to Equestria to deal with an Equestrian blight.
The Fringe team are unable to stop William Bell from creating a new safer world (Equestria) where those on the ship are the only humans.
A wizard and heroic knight are locked in a deadly duel when the wizard casts a spell to escape and jumps them both to Equestria where they are forced to work together.
A mage of the Silver Cities (HOMM) accidentally teleports to Equestria where he naturally attempts to profit from it. (Maybe a Necromancer of the Spider Goddess).
Interdimensional assassin pursues a dangerous villain into Equestria. (Influenced slightly by Prey 2)
There's most of them. I think. Feels good to let them all out. If anybody wants any of the ideas, feel free to take them. If anybody thinks that maybe any of them have the potential to eventually become a good story, mention it and I might get to it in the far, far future. Anyway. You may (if you're lucky) get an update in June, but don't count on it. July onward though I'll have a lot of time to update and stuff. Yeah.

139203 First thing I thought when I heard him talking about creating a world free of the corruption of man was Equestria. I guess I still had my brony hat on. That was a spectacular season finale though, I'm glad it got renewed for a final season, it was real close for a few days there. Only thing holding me back is the fact that I don't think I'd be able to write the characters quite so brilliantly as J. J. Abram's and co. I'd love to try and explore the characters, but I'm quite a mediocre writer and I think a stellar show like Fringe deserves a real quality writer, even for a crossover. You're welcome to try your hand at it if you want.
