1583423 Certainly does, although I feel that Echo the Diamond Dog has long since passed its golden days. The sequel, while well-written, isn't as hooking as the original was, and the story is... strange and vague. After five chapters, I still didn't know what was going on, so I dropped it.

Yeah, I can't help but think this is a not-so-subtle (albiet playful) jab at fandoms, in particular, Bronies.
Still, fans do need to be reminded sometimes that the ppl. they admire put their pants on one leg at a time like everyone else (unless they have some sort of funky device, but that's another story).
