Thought stuff through long and hard the last couple days and...
Welp, I'm growing bored with writting in a pre-existing world, as it turns out.
I've been going through what I had planned for NdTp with a different perspective, of late, and there are a few things that a vast majority of the readers will probably dislike.
I'm not against a few restrictions in my writting. Goddess help me, I'm trying to crossover as bloody and morbid a universe as any with the MLP canon (and it's funny how there's room to fit both in quite seamlessly to a point)
Thing is, I don't need all the mane-six for the story. Fluttershy I could simply kick out of the main chars and the story would be none the worse. I did have something planned for her, but it was nowhere near as epic as the rest of the cast, or as consequential either.
Pinkie, I could use. But I could just as well break her down and distribute every useful trait evenly among the rest of the cast and basically have one character less to worry about.
So what did I decide to do, you ask? Welp, that's easy.
I'mma just go ahead and develop my own world, which is a challenge I've seldom undertaken (but quite enjoyed from my unique attempt at portraying Discord's Empire)
Of course, the world will have a few elements in common with the MLP universe. Celestia and Luna, for instance, will be there (under different names) although luna will probably become a dude, just cuz I can.
In effect, I'm just gonna weave a few elements of both universes of the crossover into one that is mostly mine. Easy-peasy.
Probably the hardest part will be coming up with names for every character and nation and group and system and... I suck dick at thinking up names XD
That about sums it up.
I'm gonna apologize right away to people who enjoyed NdTp and these who wanted to see it come to a conclusion.
Somehow bigger apolozies still to the people who helped me out with it, sorry for the betrayal, or backstab ('sall a matter of flavor-text here)
