Fimfiction has a Restricted to Adults ratings? ironic?

Well the day has finally come. Fimfiction is not safe for minors....at least the adult stories. YES if you are reading a story that has the Mature rating that means if you go to the bottom of the page, a black box with the thing saying RTA will be there. Fimfiction has a Restricted to Adults ratings? ironic? · 9:59pm Nov 23rd, 2013

Well the day has finally come. Fimfiction is not safe for minors....at least the adult stories. YES if you are reading a story that has the Mature rating that means if you go to the bottom of the page, a black box with the thing saying RTA will be there. It only means as a way of protecting minors from reading unappropriated things like PORN AND MURDER. Which means that they can't view 50% of the stories on the site. I find this ironic like hipster do when liking something that was once popular and now isn't. I mean this show is target to minors. We have this website that caters to fan made stories but are not appropriate for THE TARGET AUDIENCE. Oh my god the most ironic thing at least to me and I find this quite funny. Seriously this is so funny. The site needs to clean up this stuff. I really think that it is doing a good job by adding it and now every kid won't have to learn what the hell princess molestia is and all the naughty things about their favorite characters. What do you think about this no RTA thing. To be honest this isn't like....big....it won't really affect the site...OR WILL IT. DUN DUN DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN. Anyway signing off...see y'all later. Also doctor who day for the doctor who fans.

I need to make a correction here.

Hasbro markets this show towards kids, so that they can sell more toys and make more $$$. The writers, staff, and Lauren Faust wanted this show to appeal to adults as well.

And with that, you have the show as it stands, and the fandom jumped on that.

And you might think it weird, but lets look atthe fandoms for Japanese anime, as well as a ton of other cartoons... seems remarkably similar to the MLP fandom.

1533486 You can't compared to Japanese cartoons to American cartoons. Sailor Moon is a prime example that doesn't fit with the definition of children's show content. Basically, the japan version had a lesbian couple in it and in the American version it didn't because people in America didn't want to have lesbians for underage children. Also, Japanese children shows can be more adult like and censored when it reaches over the American border. SO you used a bad analogy to make an point.
