Hi! I'm not exactly "back" from my unplanned hiatus, haha, because I'm a fickle person that has no drive or motivation but gets really excited in bursts of inspiration and likes to write a couple thousand words at 3 in the morning. I just figured that you guys might be wondering where I'm at with Thunderstruck and when I plan on updating!
So, short answer: the story is all plotted and I'm writing the next chapter but I don't have a release date, sorry.
If you're wondering why I stopped writing it was originally because I hit a snag in the plot that I couldn't move forward with until I thought it through. Then school things happened, and family things happened, then Homestuck happened, and then I graduated so! More time to fuss about doing a lot of nothing. Also, Homestuck is doing a pause in updates, so I'm sort of revisiting My Little Pony and it's place in my heart. Doubly also, Thunderstruck is really fun for me, and one of the only stories I've gotten so far on that I like, so I'm fiddling around with writing it more often then 300 words every five weeks or so. I get distracted a lot though; sometimes scenes will pop up that I want to illustrate and I'll keep sketching while I should be writing. But the upcoming chapters are things I'm looking forward to writing.
I was going to wait until I at least had the chapter finished before I offered any reassurance or anything, but I figured why not? I'm 4000 words into the sixth chapter, so there's that. The whole story should be around 16 chapters in total, and probably won't actually be very exciting, sorry, but I am writing it. Slowly.

Ooh, huzzah! Congratulations on graduating and glad to know Thunderstruck is being continued at least. :D
