    Moondancer Warnings Updated

Just to let you know, I got bored and added some extra stuff to some unpublished chapters to the Moondancer story. Basically, there's a brief transformation thingy (M/F) (regular clop readers should not be offended), and some very badly acted Daring Do role-play, and, uh, some weird body-writing thing that made sense at the time.

Epilogue Updated, What's Next and Solicitation for Comments

    Hi Everyone,

Sorry for the extended silence. Knight of Cerebus and I have finally gotten the epilogue proof-read and updated. The changes are fairly minor, but if you're curious to see what a difference the proofing makes, please feel free to take another look at the final chapter and see if you can spot any differences.

By request - Raising the Moon

<Author's Note> The following section was not and will never be canon for Twilight's Plan. But it could have been. The section has not been proofread or edited.</Author's Note>

    Excised Bit From Next Chapter

So I'm having to do some fairly brutal editing of the next chapter in the wake of the emergency chapter. Unfortunately, that means I have to cut out bits of the story that I actually kinda liked. For the curious, please find below part of one section that I've decided to delete. This is a first draft and has not been proofread, but I include it to show that I am working on this. Very rough

    New update

    Hi Guys,

This is an update, and you know what that means (or at least you do if you've read the other postings on this blog). There will be a slight delay before the next chapter is posted. The chapter is written, but Knight of Cerebus has a lot on his plate at the moment and he won't be able to take a look at it for a couple of weeks. I apologise for the delay.

Excised Bit From Next Chapter · 10:19am Nov 12th, 2013

So I'm having to do some fairly brutal editing of the next chapter in the wake of the emergency chapter. Unfortunately, that means I have to cut out bits of the story that I actually kinda liked. For the curious, please find below part of one section that I've decided to delete. This is a first draft and has not been proofread, but I include it to show that I am working on this. Very rough draft below:

A complex series of emotions went through Twilight's mind after reading the letter. In typical Twilight Sparkle fashion, she settled on 'panic'.

"Eeeeeeeeee! Calm down, Twilight. Don't panic. You only need to cram all the preparation you had scheduled to last six months into ten hours. It'll be easy. Although I may have to skip lunch. And go to the Royal Canterlot Archives, find a time travel spell, go back in time six months, fit everything in and then come back here just after I left. Wait. I know a time travel spell. I can do this! I just need to relive the next ten hours four hundred and thirty-seven times and I'll be ready! And really horny. Of course I'd have to destroy the universe four hundred and thirty-six times, but it's for a good cause. No-one will mind. Or notice. Except Li'l Twi. Who will tell Luna, just to embarrass me. I'm doomed! Ahhhhh!"

Princess Celestia's dedicated tutoring had failed to remedy Twilight's natural propensity to panic, but the Princess had come up with an ingenious work-around. By teaching Twilight to think out loud, she ensured that Spike would have a decent chance of over-hearing the problem and be able to intervene with a bucket of water before the universe was in too much danger.

Unfortunately, this time he was asleep.

The universe was saved instead by Pinkie Pie, who popped up from the bedside table drawer.

"Twilight! I know I haven't brought this up before, but my Pinkie Sense for 'Twilight is in a panic and is going to destroy the universe' actually involves a trembling fore-hoof. It makes writing birthday messages on cakes really hard, so could you please hold off for another fifteen minutes or so?"

"Uh, sorry, Pinkie."

"No problemo. What's gotten you all flustery anyway?"

Pinkie grabbed the scroll Twilight lifted in her hoof, and read it. Her eyes grew as wide as saucers.

"Woooo! Silver writing on black paper! That's brilliant! I'm going to have to try that for my next Nightmare Night party invites. But seriously, Twilight, I think your book will be safe. You see, I think this message is actually from Princess Luna, who's inviting you out to play. She wouldn't hurt a book. Not on purpose, anyway."

Twilight desperately tried to rebuild her train of thought from the wreckage that Pinkie had left it in, but it was too late. The panic was gone, swiftly followed by Pinkie who needed to get back to work.

So, yeah. Still got a lot of work to do.

Not sure why you would need to cut large parts out.. but I guess whatever makes for the best is sweet as. I've liked the story a lot so far and this snipped makes me want to see the rest. :pinkiehappy:

Thanks. :twilightsheepish: Needed to be cut because Twilight and Luna are already back together at this point now, so Twilight wouldn't be panicking. I've had to cut a lot of stuff I've already written - this was just a small section.
