just started a Star Trek marathon · 5:45am Nov 11th, 2013
yeah, i basically signed my death warrent here but i did just start a Star Trek marathon. i'm going in chronological order, starting with Enterprise, then the Original series... pending the animated sequel series and the movies, then Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, and finishing with Voyager. again, pending the movies.
i'm currently half way though the first season of Enterprise. not sure why fans hate this series; i think it's good.
and no, i didn't buy the DVD's on Amazon or have them on Netflix Instant. instead, i found this: http://www.startrek.com/

To be completely honest, the reason I didn't really like the original series is because the effects look like an obvious green screen, and every single enemy in the movies up until Star Trek V is the Klingons. I still like some members of the crew, like Spock and McCoy, but it's just not as good in the modern time.

I never said I was surprised.
I understand the fact that the effects aren't going to be as good, but I just can't accept that a Klingon Warbird is a threat if it looks like a claymation figure.
