Teaser 3 of 3 (Are you ready for this?)

The sound of another building crashing to the ground tells her that the beast isn't far behind her. Was it chasing them, or were they simply caught in its path?
She runs... She runs as hard as she can. She carries her young daughter on her back. She's already lost her husband to this monster. She won't lose her child as well.
Despite how slowly the beast appears to walk, its massive size makes her speed almost null and void. It covers so much ground with each step that she barely stays ahead of it. She pushes herself even harder, and manages to create real distance between her and the unknown monster.
"We're going to live... We're going to li-", her thoughts are cut short as she steps in a pot hole, causing her to fall down and twist her ankle.
She tries to get up and run again, but finds that running with an injured leg while carrying her daughter is too difficult. Escape for her was now impossible. She takes her daughter off her back. "You have to go. You have to run. Run... as fast you can!"
Her child clings tightly to her. "No, momma! I can't leave you!", she cries through a stream of tears.
The beasts thunderous footsteps tell the mother that it's caught up to them once again. She knows now that it's too late... for both of them. She hugs her daugher tightly as tears begin to stream down her face. "Don't cry... We'll see your father again soon..."
As the monster bears down on them, it lets out a bellowing roar that can be heard for miles, and continues its path of destruction throughout the city.
