Why hello there!
I have removed Beyond her Garden because there are so many other popular adaptions of the same story out there and I really was not proud of mine. I am never going to write in first person again. Regardless, I'm thinking a series of short stories are in order, considering my one-shot hit it off so well. And then, here are my couples that I support:
Pinkie Pie and Pokey Pierce,
Rarity and Fancy Pants,
Cheerilee and Big Mac,
Rainbow Dash and Soarin,
Twilight and Blues(Noteworthy, whatever his name is nowadays)
Fluttershy has nopony at the moment, but I have been contemplating and changing that is in the schedule.
I am interested in knowing what you guys would like to see me write. If it's a little out of my comfort zone, I can't make promises, but I will take a swing. It's success may or may not be well received.

Silly me! How could I forget Applejack and Caramel!
I'd like to see PokeyPierce. That pairing never really gets any love in the fandom. SoarinDash and CaraJack are also my favorites. The only ones I'm not big a fan of (but I still would give a shot) are RarityxFancy Pants, Big MacxCheerilee, and TwilightxBlues.
Personally, I ship RarityxSpike, Fancy PantsxFleur de Lis, Big MacxFluttershy, and BluesxLyra (Yeah that's right, I ship Lyra with a stallion).

I dabble in Sparity. I read and support Fancy PantsxFleur, but don't write it. Shipping Lyra with a stallion is a bold move friend but I like it! hahah!

Pssh, I'm long past the point of giving two s**ts if people can't handle Lyra being straight. BRING ON THE HATE!!
I personally prefer Soarin' and Applejack. Rainbow and Soarin'.... for some reason I just can't twist that around in my head so it looks good. From what little I've seen of him, he just doesn't seem compatible with Dash.
I can enjoy FlutterMac, but it just seems a bit boring for me. As for Fancy Pants? No, even if Fleur isn't already his wife, he just seems too old for Rarity.
I like Pinkie and Pokey, though. And I also think Twilight with Caramel work well.
And Sparity? Same problem with Fancy Pants. The age difference just makes it creepy.
You know what I want to see? Rainbow and Thunderlane.

Rainbow Dash and a stallion, she's straight. usaully its soarin, big mac, or another Pegasus...the mane six with other main six get annoying
I've seen Fluttershy with Thunderlane, seems like a good idea, I would think she would need a confidant and adventurous stallion to bring her out of her shell of shyness
Pinkie and anyone - Pinkie being happy with a fun stallion is fine with me.
FancyxFluer- he's much older than Rarity and Fluer was all over him in sweet and elite
I can't think of any Applejack ships outside of second-person ships, OC's or Caramel so I'll go with that
