By day, Alice Margatroid is your average reclusive dollmaker. Prefers to keep to herself, but otherwise friendly. At night, she dons the eyemask of the Puppeteer, ending crime wherever it rears its ugly head.
However, a dastardly new supervillain has emerged! Every night, a random person is inconvenienced slightly by a mysterious girl with an upper-class accent. Can the Puppeteer stop her reign of mild annoyance, or will Gensokyo fall to her deadly plans?
