I am going to say that this was in My Little Heartbreak (the official title is My Little Heartbreak: Heartbroken), Chapter 14 "For the good of us all" and about midway. This is the part where Heartbreak realizes that her own mother might not even remember her existing. Not even being pregnant with her, not even having her, not even her childhood as Anthony.
I think the moment was captured perfectly
