Cousin: "Hey, I'm coming by to clean your computer and install those new fans for you."
Me: "Um, we agreed for you to come by Monday."
Cousin: "Yeah, I know. I just feel like today is better."
Me: "I'm busy today with my computer. It will be okay until Monday. Why can't you wait until then?"
Cousin: "Don't really feel like it. I want to have some time to play games and stuff that day since I don't work. I'll be over in a few minutes."
In a nutshell- That update I promised you? Don't count on it. This is going to kill precious hours of my writing time because someone can't bloody keep to an agreed schedule.

Wow... that's a dick move. Family or not, if they disregard agreed upon schedule without any warning, just because it's better to them then they're a dick. Sorry but that's how I feel about it. I know I wouldn't let them in. You know, I'm working on my computer and I do not have time to do this today. That's why we agreed to Monday. Now bye, I'm busy.
Oh well, I'm not going to rant, though I'm close to it. You also most likely don't want to read it.

1477308 Yeah, it was a bit of a jerk move by him, but I can't be entirely mad at him. My computer really did need the work. And it turned out he was joking about the gaming bit. He said that to intentionally get under my skin (my cousin is practically my brother, so we do this XD) He had other things pop into his schedule on Monday and wouldn't have time. Considering he doesn't charge me a dime for services, and bought the parts for me, I can't really hate on him,
On the upside, prior to working on GT, I had promised my collab partners a certain amount of work done on our special project (which was a rather large amount), and I managed to get that done Friday night. They're doing the rest of the work on the first chapter of it, so it shouldn't be too long until we post the final teaser which will reveal what we've been planning for half a year.
