I've decided to revoke A Student and a Broken Mare's submission. I am not overly happy with the story. I started with an idea, but I have realised that I don't have an end-plan for the story. All of my other works (submitted and not) I have a basic plan for, even if the stories deviate from what I plan, I still have one.
I've ground to a halt with ASaaBM because I have no idea where the end should be. I had ideas, but nothing that would lead to any form of conclusion, and the more I've been thinking about it, the more it seems to deviate from what the story was supposedly about.
So I've revoked submission, and will put it on the back burner for now.
I still want to focus on A Daughter and her Dragon, so worry not, that will not be going by the wayside.
I also have two other fics I have been planning and working on as ideas come to me. One is a Slice of Life Rule 63 fic, Equestria Boys - University Life is Magic. Which will involve a little bit of ButterBlitz (or is it RainbowScotch?), because ya'know… there is not enough m/m on this site!
The other is a dark fic, not sure if it would be adventure or not, but that one is guaranteed to be buck-loads longer than my other fics, because I have a fair bit to cover. That one has the basic plot outlined, but there is still plenty to work out.
I will hopefully come back to A Student and a Broken Mare, but I will need to plan it out better than I have so far. And that comes later.
