One: Someone may have already done this, but... sow chaos by getting Tara Strong to sign a picture of Captain Picard and Patrick Stewart to sign a picture of Twilight Sparkle, since both of their characters were menaced by a character played by John DeLancie. 
Two: Using the old-style designations for the six flavors of quark, one can draw a correspondence with the Mane Six as follows:
Up: Rainbow Dash
Down: Fluttershy
Strange: Pinkie Pie
Charm: Twilight Sparkle
Truth: Applejack
Beauty: Rarity
The horrible thing is that someone will probably take the fact that Truth and Beauty quarks are now usually called Top and Bottom quarks, and use it as an excuse for Applejack x Rarity BDSM material...
