Edited Chapter 7 · 7:25pm Oct 10th, 2013
I wasn't feeling very well when I completed and posted chapter 7 of Comes the Sunset, and I've come to see how that shows in the second part of the chapter: the pacing is rushed and the quality goes downhill overall. So I'm going to go back and edit/rewrite that bit once I've finished my current original fiction chapter.
However, when I was thinking about what I wanted to change (and one good thing about commuting by bus is that you're never short of time to think) I found myself thinking of not just sprucing up the writing and adding a couple of bits that were cut due to impatience, but also changing some plot points that would affect not the story, just the chapter itself.
So my question is, should I just replace the current chapter with the new version, or keep the current version around as an alternate before the changes? I'll probably take the first option, but I wanted to know if anyone had an opinion on the matter.
Oh, and Dark Parable: things might get a little more gruelling for Red Wyne in the revision, but considering that you've just done worse to him than I would ever dream of doing that doesn't bother me as much as it would have done yesterday ;)
XD scipio my friend, to quote Monty python... He'll get better. Mostly
