Cloudsdale has seen its fair share of storms in the past, but the biggest one is about to make cloudfall right on top of the city should the Wonderbolts not scramble their Weather Patrol immediately. Lightning Dust and Thunderlane are assigned be the first flight of ponies heading into the heart of the storm to start dismantling it from it's core. When they get inside, however, things take a turn for the worst and Thunderlane ends up having to not only brave the elements, but also prevent himself from becoming charred Pegasus so that he can safely get his injured wingpony into helping hooves.
This story starts just hours after Lightning Dust comes out from examination and is finally able to be visited by a friendly face.
I've decided to expand out on the romance story-side of FiMFiction, and maybe making something that will be new for some writers to write about. To be honest, I have yet to see a story like this. So I'm taking it upon myself to write one that I know you guys will enjoy. Questions and comments are always welcome.

Yes, I am looking forward to this. LD does need love too, and I think that the fanon that Thunderlane is an ass is way overdone. I WANT to read this one.
