Have you ever had one of those moments when you know you should be doing more of one story than another? I think that is what’s happening here. I have two stories, or had two stories, that I was going to be doing. One of them is a new story, the other is the sequel. One of them has high expectations, and the other is the new story. One of them has a continuity I need to follow, and the other is the new story.
One of them is getting written at a decent pace, and the other is the sequel.
You guys deserve to be told how it is going.
New story: about 12k words, first arc planned. Even have a name for it, finally. Still don’t have anything beyond then first arc, but that first arc is the longest and should take a while to do.
Final-quel: Thinking about shelving it for now, with a story that takes place at the same time as last story going on. It would be short, and it would be focused on Twilight. Or maybe I’ll type it up, and add it to the last story. I haven’t decided yet, since there will be some events that were touched on in the last story itself. It might seem weird to have her mentioning things that had happened in the chapter before.
Alright, I am still looking for pictures. One for the potential Twilight story, one that is similar to the one in the story Secrets and Lies, and one that is a picture of a person with a device on their wrist that could be a time travel device. I am also still looking for pre-readers and editors. I have a pre-reader, but he recently got a promotion and he’s super-busy. That’s like normal busy, but with a cape.
Anyway, I will end this blog with a few other things I have been throwing my time into, lest you wonder why I only have written six thousand words in a week. I have been playing a game on my iPad, and recently started to try to organize my pictures in SkyDrive. And I have been writing in the collaboration, though not as much as I think the other guy would like me to.
