Deja Vu Anyone!!!

Okay, so I'm working third shift on the ambulance last night right? We get paged out to a motorcycle wreck on one of the many county highways that we cover. This guy blew his front tire and was tossed into the ditch on his shoulder blades. Slid into a telephone pole, hitting his left hip. And, ultimately split his helmet down the middle when he struck a fence post. The weird and AMAZING thing being that when we got there he was conscious. In all honesty I figured that the guy would have ended up an organ donor. But, to all my readers out there who remember the second chapter of A Colt's Tale. Remember where Phoenix's injuries were? Left flank (left hip), wings (shoulders), and head (....head). Totally coincidence and really hard to make this shit up!!! I had to do a double take for sure. Thought about asking the guy if he had read my story, LOL! But after I dosed him with a shit load of Morphine he couldn't even pronounce his own name. Anyway, thought it was worth sharing.
