But for a tl;dw of his video:

There are actually plenty of stallions in Equestria, including all the snow-plowers in Winter Wrap-Up (other than Twilight), all the Royal Guard, and so on. We just don't see a whole lot of them because we are following the adventures of six mares who have no Special Stallion (not that they necessarily need one; it just means there are very few stallions who play any major part in their lives). It also doesn't seem hard for the Crusaders to find stallions when looking for a special somepony for Cheerilee on Hearts and Hooves Day, either. (Good ones... well, isn't that always the case for either sex?)
