Animator and Composer wanted for Project

I'll be frank here; I'm on a crap budget and can't pay for this project and I'm really looking for people in the Placer or Sacramento counties to help here, but this is a project that I'd like to get out of my head and on to YouTube ASAP.

This is a story about two people who meet at a remote castle on the night of a masquerade ball; a count and a countess. When they see each other on the ballroom floor, they begin to dance, but as the dance progresses, things take a supernatural turn. I can't give away much more than that plot wise. What is to be unique about this is that there is no dialogue, the story is told through the animation and the music.
