Hello once more, loyal readers / creepy stalkers!
I thought I would update y'all on the ongoing saga of my search for the infamous Derpy Hooves (see here for details).
I have searched from the peaks of Khat'ot to the depths of The Eldritch Seas, from the back streets of New Orlions to the lofty halls of the Griffin King, yet not hide nor hair of her I have found! I have, in fact, stooped so low as to scour the numerous fora of the Interweb to locate my prize, but to little avail.
It appears she resides in the hamlet of Ponyville, the tiny village located in the shadow of Canterlot, where I have situated my own abode, however I have yet to observe even a glimpse of the elusive mare. The inhabitants of said hamlet have still not desisted in their efforts to, *ahem*, 'ship' us, and I would feel infinitely more comfortable with the situation if I had even so much as seen her!
I will endeavour to keep you posted, however long it may take.

Please be aware that Ms. Hooves has a sever case of the eye condition known as strabismus, and as such has a hard time with flight, crashing frequently.
She is also the single mother of Dinky Hooves:

She is currently employed at Cloudsdale Mail and Freight, and is struggling to earn enough to provide for herself and her child. I think it's possible you could help her with that.
Ms. Hooves, despite her clumsiness, is an extremely sweet and caring mare. Many of the kinder townsponies genuinely like her, though because of her faults many others ostracize her. She would like you, Doctor; your friendly personality would endear you to her almost instantaneously. I would advise you to continue your attempts to meet her.
And she likes muffins. A LOT.
